Hi! I'm Victoria. I graduated from Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Colorado. There I received 750+ hours of training with a focus on Prenatal and Postpartum massage. I also have my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and have worked with dozens of families with young children. It has been an honor to work with these families over the past 15+ years. Now I am a mother of two young children and I have experienced for myself the hardships of being on the perinatal path, and have a newfound understanding of the discomforts that occur in the body during pregnancy and the postpartum period (which is two years by the way!). I also now understand what is means to have community support rally around you at this time and that it really takes a village to survive. With everything fueled by high emotion, sleep depravation, exhaustion, loss of identity and sense of self, and intense hormonal shifts it's really hard to cope with caring for yourself and a newborn. In my practice I provide the support needed for women on this journey with a focused and deliberate approach to healing through massage therapy. My goal is to help you feel relaxed, connected, rejuvenated, confident, and comfortable. In my own experience, massage helped me improve my posture, breathe deeper, and gain an overall sense of what it means to be at ease and connected to body and mind. I have felt a great sense of accomplishment in the past 8 years of being a massage therapist for my community. I decided to focus on mothers and children because if anyone needs to feel supported, it's the mother/child unit. It's all about finding the sisterhood in motherhood.
